With this knowledge and experience in mind, Apex has created a dynamic and comprehensive assessment tool, A Positive Future (APF). From the first engagement with an Apex Personal Development Mentor, the client is at the heart of identifying the issues that they feel are most important to them. The client and PDM work together to create an action plan to address these issues at a pace that is challenging but realistic. They are encouraged to set goals and are provided with the tools and support to achieve these goals.
Our distinct wheel, with its colour coded progress bars, is specifically designed to clearly show the individual the progress they have made. This encourages them to continue to work towards a positive future for them, their families and communities.
