We are currently developing our services in Lanarkshire and we require the following staff member to join our North Lanarkshire Team, based in our premises in Wishaw. The contract is temporary to 30 September 2010 as we are awaiting confirmation of future funding. The details are as follows:

| Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working with socially excluded young people and adults and have the necessary skills to develop and deliver a range of training programmes which will help the individuals address their employability needs and overcome barriers to employment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work one to one and in a group setting with a flexible approach to individual development. The post will require individuals to travel therefore a current driving licence or access to a means of transport is essential, knowledge of the Scottish Criminal Justice system would be desirable In view of the nature of these posts, the successful candidates will be required to undertake a Enhanced Disclosure Check in terms of Part v of the Police Act 1997.
