Where a pupil is experiencing difficulty in or out of school, Apex Inclusion can be used on a short term basis to determine reasons for unsettled behaviour. Individuals can continue to keep abreast of their peers by undertaking curricular work, as well as looking at reasons and causes of recent behaviours.
Our role is working with individuals on difficulties experienced in and out of school that is preventing them from accessing education/ wider opportunities and support them to overcome issues.
Pupils aged 11-15 years, between S1-S4
Pupils are referred through discussion or meetings with the individual, their parent/carer, Guidance Teacher, Head of House and Apex Worker.
