Apex will provide advice and guidance on current employment legislation with regards to the employment of individuals with a criminal record. In addition we will support the individual to disclose to an employer their criminal record, at point of application and at interview stage. Apex can also advise on conviction relevance to ensure that those with a criminal record are matched to appropriate jobs and professions.
