We have secured Phase 2 funding through European Social Fund’s National Third Sector Fund. We are now looking to recruit staff to strengthen the operational management of our various teams delivering the ESF-funded ‘Steps’ employability service.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who have effective communication skills, who want career progression and can demonstrate at interview that they can lead teams, ensure contract compliance and motivate staff to achieve the expectations of our funders.
For this post we are seeking an ambitious, motivated, proactive individual who will be responsible for leading a team to achieve a high standard of performance across projects, and to manage all aspects of those projects including contractual compliance and partner relationships.

In view of the nature of this post and the requirement to work with vulnerable adults, the post holder will be required to join the relevant PVG scheme.
