Employability Partnerships in Practice
Our Future Focus programmes create clear and focussed pathways into fair and sustainable employment. Our relationship with our employability partners is crucial to successfully help people into work following experience of the justice system.
We act as a trusted intermediary between individuals and employers, bringing gaps in understanding, confidence and opportunity. We know no two journeys are the same, and there’s no such thing as a straight journey line. That is why our Future Focus programme makes sure; there is someone there to offer the holistic support needed to succeed.
Tailored Approach
Future Focus offers tailored employability support such as skills development, job readiness, vocational training and in-work support.
We also work directly with employers to help design inclusive recruitment practices, challenge stigma, and create meaningful opportunities.
