Flexibility

Flexibility is key throughout the whole school. No one can predict when a young person will need support, so being able to adapt and able to change plans at the last minute to help diffuse, support or care for a young person when needed is key. 

Key Learning:
The design of our input and resource was young person led, meaning our input was not about responding to behaviour but focused on the needs of the young person and meant responses were person centred.
