Our management and support staff also carry out complex and demanding roles in order to ensure the organisation is operating professionally, with sound financial governance and all performing to the highest standards possible.
We are justifiably proud of all of our staff and, as such, they require and deserve to be equipped and supported to carry out the various roles they undertake.
To this end, we now require to fill the post of Staff Training and Development Co-ordinator.
The successful applicant will lead on providing a dynamic and effective staff development and training programme for all staff within Apex. They will be required to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, excellent planning and organisations skills as well as an understanding of the effective methods to support and develop staff.
We require someone who provides excellence as the minimum standard in all areas of the role and someone who is professional in terms of appearance and manner.
The successful applicant will be able to deliver training themselves and have knowledge of external training opportunities. The role will have national coverage with the majority of our training being delivered centrally, however regular travel will be required. Access to own vehicle or means of transport is essential.

Rate of pay: Salary Scale: £29,806 to £31,918 pro rata, per annum
